Terms of Service

By submitting the /intakeform on this site, or by engaging with OutcomeEdge for bookkeeping services after we follow up with you, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't submit the form or engage our services.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The "last updated" date at the bottom of this page reflects the current version; continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

OutcomeEdge is a bookkeeping service for early-stage companies. The workflow today:

• Intake. You submit the /intake form with your name, email, company name, current bookkeeping setup, monthly revenue range, and an optional description of your biggest bookkeeping headache.
• Triage. Every submission lands on our internal intake queue and is routed to a delivery team based on what you wrote.
• Follow-up. We respond to your submission within 24 hours, on business days, with next steps or a request for more information.

The optional /classifier page ships an internal AI tool we use to bucket inbound requests. It is not a customer-facing product, and we make no service-level commitment (SLA) on its accuracy or uptime. Treat any output it produces as advisory, not as a guarantee of the routing decision.

You pay $2,400for your first month like any other month. We close it, and you review it. If it isn't right, tell us within 14 days of delivery and we refund the full $2,400. You keep the work. There's no form, no retention call, and we don't ask you to justify it.

After that, it's month to month. Cancel by email and we stop billing - no notice period.

The OutcomeEdge service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OutcomeEdge's total cumulative liability arising out of or relating to your use of the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 monthsimmediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This cap applies to claims related to the first monthly close as well as later months. A refund under the first-month guarantee is governed by the Payment & Refund Policy above and does not expand this cap.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. OutcomeEdge is operated as an early-stage service; Delaware is the default governing jurisdiction unless we notify you in writing of a different one before a paid engagement begins.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
